Octopus Escape

Fascinating! Check this out.

Not for the squeamish. Also, I'm trying to get you to watch the video called 'Octopus Escape', so if that's not the particular video playing when the page uploads, please look for it. T

Life is so interesting...in all its forms. I don't eat calamari myself...so he's safe from me.

Sophie, I think that was real time. :) You said, it was like a waltz.

Gary: I agree - life and most of the creatures that inhabit earth are damn interesting. And I'm glad re: the calamari and you bit. :) :)

An Interesting clip, of a smaller octopus, as some species can grow up to 23 feet, but all 100 species but have the ability to grow new arms, it’s amazing!!
And they have blue blood!! Its only in Australia, we have the deadly blue ringed octopus with enough poisen to kill a person.
As they can also squirt black ink, to escape a predator and change their skin colour to better suit their environment, it makes one feel guilty about harvesting and eating such adaptive and clever species doesn’t It.?

Thanks for the clip, amazing to watch.

Best wishes

This is incredible and really is an analogy for us in our dealings everyday. We lose limbs and hearts and get battered but we keep going; that's the true beauty of human beings...Ain't nothin gonna break my stride........**smooch** Love ya Vee.
